Hunza Valley

Gilgit-Baltistan has always been known to hold some of the most breathtaking locations where travelers could go on their dream vacation, especially the place that everyone talks about the Hunza Valley.

This beautiful valley located in the northern region is surrounded by tall mountains including some popular ones like Rakaposhi & Ultar Sar among others. Besides those things, this location also includes lush green orchards, clear water rivers, etc., which makes this place a paradise for nature lovers.

If you want to see some beautiful structures, then do check out some ancient buildings like Baltit and Altit Forts. Moreover, there are many lakes in this area whose water color looks similar to the sky because of all the stones around them. One such lake is called “Attabad Lake” which I highly recommend visiting once.

The best thing about this valley is that everything here stays fresh throughout the year, whether you visit during summer time when everything becomes full of life, or during winter when everything turns into white due to snowfall.
